Personal property assets include a building’s non-structural elements, exterior land improvements and indirect construction costs. The primary goal of a cost segregation study is to identify all construction-related costs that can be depreciated over a shorter

Tom built his operation into three units in less than five years.  In 2005 he sold it all for a profit and semi-retired at 41-years old. Our mission is to unite all segments of the real estate industry in an effort to
PROMOTE BUSINESS ON LONG ISLAND

Why is Franchising part of this event?
Franchising contains 75 industries that a new entrepreneur could become involved in.  Many of these are recession resistant, low-start up cost, executive models.  These characteristics are necessary in this ever-changing, constricting economy.  But, how does a former finance guy, for example, fit into a repair business?  Easily!  Good franchise companies are searching for former corporate-types, with all of their experience, to run a franchise and be the CEO, not the technician.  If you’re a former corporate type or a franchise company looking to recruit highly educated and experienced people, this is the show to meet each other.

Why Should Your Franchise Exhibit On Long Island?
The two counties of Long Island, Nassau and Suffolk, are home to 2.8 million people, according to the 2010 US Survey.  Nassau County itself is the 12th wealthiest county in the United States.

Why the Long Island Real Estate & Business Renaissance?

  • This event is both business and consumer oriented.
  • Participants have a unique opportunity to reach potential franchise buyers.
  • Businesses necessary to franchising  such as accountants, engineers and construction firms will all be represented.
  • If your concept already has a presence on LI, this event will foster brand awareness with LI consumers.
  • The Long Island Real Estate & Business Expo is a great opportunity to invite past prospects who did not buy a franchise in the past and meet with them face to face.

Sponsorships are available that include
the opportunity to have a “BRAND ROOM”

A BRAND room will be a meeting room that you can transform into a rendition of your store concept.  Submerge prospects in an experience of your business model. Contact us for details.

Our mission is to unite all segments of the real estate industry in an effort to
PROMOTE BUSINESS ON LONG ISLAND

Why is Development and Construction part of this event?
Development and Construction is the engine that drives the economy on Long Island and across the nation. It is vitally important that we bring together the groups that can share ideas to bring the local economy out of the recession. It is through the sharing of knowledge, the building of relationships and the hard work of these individuals that will drive us forward to a more prosperous Long Island.

Why Should Your Company Exhibit On Long Island?
Long Island remains a desirable location to live and do business in. As development and construction are the beginning of any residential or commercial project, these companies need to maintain a profile on Long Island. It is only a matter of time before the next economic boom occurs here, and those companies that make themselves known on Long Island will reap the benefits to be had in the future.

Why the Long Island Real Estate & Business Renaissance?

  • It is the only event on Long Island to ever bring together all the major trade associations
  • It will provide educational resources never before assembled in one place at one time
  • It is an opportunity for business owners, local and national corporations and the general public to share ideas of how to move Long Island forward.
  • It is an opportunity for your company to foster brand awareness with LI consumers.
  • The Long Island Real Estate & Business Rennaisance is a great opportunity to connect with your industry peers and make plans to work together

In this era of very difficult development opportunities on Long Island, it is more important than ever for our residential home building industry to work together to fashion a new direction for our industry. As the demographics of Long Island change and as new residents move into communities within our region, the housing needs of our new citizens may provide the necessary incentives to allow for new housing options, including additional rental and multi-family housing units in new locations.
